表題のプラグイン（WPEPP）ですが、マルウェアであるかもしれません。インストールした覚えがないのにダッシュボードの上の方でプロにアップグレードするように促されます。
Pluginsの画面では以下のような警告が表示されます。

wp-edit-password-protected/wp-edit-password-protected.phphas been deactivated due to an error: Plugin file does not exist.
レンタルサーバーのnet2ftpでディレクトリとファイルの削除を試みましたが、「…は削除できません」が表示されます。深刻な問題であり、当サイトにアクセスしようとするとInternal Server Errorが発生し、サイトを開くことができないことが頻繁に発生します。
さらに困ったことにログインできないこともあります。私が運営する当ブログサイトは乗っ取られたのでしょうか？
4月19日追記：当サイトで発生していた深刻な不具合の原因は、どうやら長年使用していたWordPressのテーマ（X-Blog）であった可能性が非常に高いです。このテーマを削除して以来、WPEPPが削除しても繰り返し、インストールされることがなくなりました。しばらくは新しいテーマ、”Classic Artificial Intelligence 0.3.9で試験運用します。

I’m the developer of the WPEPP plugin. I reviewed your issue and, based on testing, the plugin does not install itself or recreate files after deletion.
From your April 19 update, it seems the issue was likely related to the X-Blog theme. In many cases, compromised themes or plugins can inject or reinstall other components.

I appreciate your comment and advice on this critical issue I’ve experienced for the past few weeks. The WPEPP plugin was not the cause of the issue. It’s turned out that the X-Blog theme kept installing and activating the plugin. After I changed the theme, the issue seems to have disappeared.
