「二度ある事は三度ある」ということで今年も予約購入していたAirAsiaの便が航空会社の都合で変更になりました。フライトスケジュールが変更になったのは、2017年9月27日（水）午前11時00分関空発クアラルンプール行きのD7 533便と2017年10月3日（火）午前01時00分クアラルンプール発関空行きのD7 532便。
今年もF1シンガポールGPとマレーシアGPの開催順序が入れ替わることなく、9月17日がシンガポールGP、10月1日が最後のマレーシアGPとなりました。F1暫定スケジュールを参考にしながら10月1日にシンガポールGPが開催されるだろうと見込んで、AirAsiaのビッグセール期間中に予約購入してしまった航空券が、我々にとって好都合なことに、クアラルンプールまでの往路復路共にフライトスケジュールが変更になったという状況です。

往路は便名と出発時刻、到着時刻が変更になっています。出発時刻は5時間40分遅れ、到着時刻は5時間15分遅れ。この便のスケジュール変更に関してはメールでの通知がまだありません。

復路は出発時刻と到着時刻がそれぞれ55分遅れとなっています。復路はシンガポールからの乗り継ぎ便になります。この便のスケジュール変更に関しては昨日、登録したアドレスに通知がありました。メールには以下の二つの救済措置オプションが記載されていました。
Option 1: Move to the next available flight for any dates within 1 month from your original flight date, without any additional charges (subject to availability), 追加請求なしで同じ路線、同じ搭乗者で1ヶ月以内の別の便に振替。
Option 2: A Credit Shell of the value paid, to be utilised within 90 days from the date of issue. 支払った金額同等分のクレジットシェル発行。発行日から90日以内に使用すること。
全額返金のオプション3はないようです。
便名が変わり、予定出発時刻が5時間40分遅れる往路に関してはメールでの通知はまだありませんが、日本発着便に適用されるD7便の契約条項第9.2条に従い、三つの救済措置オプションが提示されるのではないかと思います。

Article 9 Schedules, Cancellations
9.2 Cancellation, Changes of Schedules:
At any time after a booking has been made changes, cancellations, diversions, postponements, reschedules and/or delays of any flight may occur due to circumstances beyond our control or for reasons of safety or commercial reasons. In the event of such flight cancellation, we shall at our discretion, either:
- carry you at the earliest opportunity on another of our scheduled services on which space is available without additional charge and, where necessary, extend the validity of your booking; or
- retain the value of your fare in a credit account for your future travel if you choose to travel at another time, provided that you must re-book within ninety (90) days therefrom .
- offer a refund if we are unable to carry you to/from your destination within 48 hours from the scheduled time of departure.
- refund the value to your bank account or credit or debit card if you choose not to proceed with your trip due to a flight cancellation and/or rescheduling that occurs three (3) hours or more before or after the original scheduled departure time. For avoidance of doubt, no refund will be issued when a flight is delayed, cancelled and/or rescheduled at the airport on the day of departure for which you may not have been accepted on the flight.
上記下線部では元の出発予定時刻から前後3時間以上の時刻に変更になった場合のオプションとして、運賃対価を銀行口座、クレジットカード、デビットカードの口座に払い戻すとあります。
